Mediterranean Salad Dressing

OK, I am going to brag about my husband because this Mediterranean Salad Dressing is seriously the most AMAZING dressing and it will make you want to lick the bottom of the dish! It can also be used as a marinade for chicken, turkey, or fish.

Replace Recipie Feat

Ingredients

• 2 whole lemons the juice of 2 large organic lemons, strained with seeds removed
• 1.5 cups extra-virgin olive oil unfiltered (Bragg’s is the best!)
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning organic
• 1 tsp dried dill organic
• 1.5 tsp sea salt
• 1.5 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp garlic minced, used the jarred, in water type

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in glass cruet (We use a glass water bottle). Close and shake it up before each use. Best if used within one week.
2. If it is not used completely for your meal, you may choose to refrigerate it. In this case you will need to leave it out at room temperature for a couple of hours before use to allow the olive oil to liquefy to permit proper mixing.
3. Enjoy!
