Symptoms with Solutions
There is nothing more frustrating than someone not listening or understanding as you explain the chronic symptoms you are experiencing. Drs. Ellen and Scott Antoine know first-hand what it means to feel unheard, after they and their children received a series of complex diagnoses for which traditional medicine had few effective answers.
Turning to integrative health solutions, Dr. Ellen was able to conquer her lupus, better understand the challenges her children were facing, and change the health path for her family. As a result, The Center for Fully Functional Health was founded in 2011 by this dynamic, compassionate husband and wife team, Drs. Ellen and Scott Antoine.

Quality sleep is essential for healthy immunity, mood, and aging. If you are not regularly getting 7-9 hours of undisturbed sleep at night, it’s time to speak to a Doctor. Don’t risk the effects of chronic sleep deprivation, which can include depression or anxiety, more frequent infections, weight gain, and trouble with blood glucose or blood pressure. Address your sleep concerns at CFFH.
Sometimes you recognize that weight gain or loss is related to seasonal changes or a significant or stressful life event, such as relocating or beginning a new career. Other times, it may happen unexpectedly or without a clear cause. Regardless of why you are seeing changes, if you are uncomfortable with your weight, CFFH has the tools and experience to help.
Your Symptoms are Real
Integrative Medicine is a medical discipline that views the patient as a whole, taking into consideration every system of the body, as well as your diet, lifestyle, and daily habits. Our clinical team treats the whole person and identifies the root cause of your symptoms, rather than simply offering band-aid solutions that mask symptoms. We take into account your mind, body, and spirit when creating your customized treatment plan.
Taking control of your health means commitment, faith, and collaboration. Our dedicated staff at The Center for Fully Functional Health will provide you with the guidance and tools to improve your health and transform your life to become Fully Functional.
