Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls No-Bake Recipe

Replace Recipie Feat

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 2 carrots finely shredded
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice (can sub 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon nutmeg)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (can sub almond or cashew butter)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (optional)
  • 2-4 tablespoons coconut milk or water
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine protein powder, coconut oil, shredded carrots, spices, sunflower seed butter and raw cacao (if using) in a bowl.
  2. Add coconut milk or water to reach desired consistency. Form the mixture into little balls.
  3. Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
  4. Place the balls on a plate or tray, then put into the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes to form.
