Replace Recipie Feat
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons protein powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 2 carrots finely shredded
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice (can sub 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon nutmeg)
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (can sub almond or cashew butter)
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (optional)
- 2-4 tablespoons coconut milk or water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine protein powder, coconut oil, shredded carrots, spices, sunflower seed butter and raw cacao (if using) in a bowl.
- Add coconut milk or water to reach desired consistency. Form the mixture into little balls.
- Roll each ball in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
- Place the balls on a plate or tray, then put into the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes to form.
