Ingredients
Broccoli
- 2 heads broccoli chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
Lemon-Basil Dressing
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salts
- Ground pepper to taste
Instructions
BROCCOLI
- Preheat your oven at 350°F.
- Add chopped broccoli to a rimmed baking sheet. Lightly massage the broccoli with olive oil. Add sea salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and give it a good stir. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon basil dressing.
LEMON BASIL DRESSING
- Add salad dressing ingredients to a glass jar with a lid for easy storage (Mason jars work well). Close the jar and shake vigorously until well mixed.
