Ingredients

  • 6-8 heads baby bok choy chopped
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or more to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons black or white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat toasted sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped white/light green parts of the bok choy to the skillet and saute until almost tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the bok choy greens and coconut aminos and saute until the greens have wilted (1-2 minutes). Top with sesame seeds to serve.
