Drs. Ellen & Scott Antoine

Using their proprietary 5-step Fully Functional® method to identify and treat chronic illness, so patients can reclaim their energy and well-being.

Bringing Hope & Healing

The Center for Fully Functional Health (CFFH) was founded in 2011 by dynamic husband-wife physicians Dr. Ellen and Dr. Scott Antoine.

Together, they offer chronically ill patients the support, resources, and specialized care needed to not only recover, but transform their lives. After decades of hands-on experience in nationally recognized Emergency Departments and their own brick-and-mortar practice, the Antoines possess a broad professional skillset and extensive expertise with many hard-to-diagnose conditions. Dr. Ellen and Dr. Scott are also parents of five and lean strongly on their faith, tested and honed during their family’s own significant medical challenges. The result is a compassionate, knowledgeable duo who have a passion for bringing hope and healing to their patients.

Dr. Ellen Antoine (DO, FACEP, ABOIM, IFMCP)

Short Bio:

Dr. Ellen Antoine is a physician and mother of five with over 26 years experience in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. She uses her unique skillset and firsthand knowledge of difficult diagnoses to bring peace and health to her patients and their loved ones.

Long Bio:

Dr. Ellen Antoine has been a physician for over 26 years. She is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, producing a unique skillset that allows her to quickly identify symptoms and their potential causes, while also applying her in-depth knowledge of the connections between multiple systems and their functions.

Dr. Ellen practiced and taught Emergency Medicine for 13 years before becoming one of the first 100 practitioners in the nation to be certified by the Institute of Functional Medicine. This talented mother of five shifted her focus to integrative health after she and her children received a series of difficult diagnoses. Unsatisfied with the treatment offered by traditional medicine, she created a custom plan that helped her conquer her own lupus, as well as change the outcomes for her family. She is committed to bringing peace and health to her patients and their loved ones.
