Ingredients

  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts cut in half lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1 pinch himalayan sea salt, to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Clean your Brussels sprouts, and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Head a pan on medium heat, add in grapeseed oil, and finely chopped garlic. Sauté for a minute or two, then add in your brussels sprouts, and sea salt. Turning the heat up or down depending on how much you want to caramelize the sprouts.
  3. Once your sprouts have some good color, add in the pine nuts, and sauté for another 5 mins. You may also throw these in the oven on broil for 5-10 mins if you want to get them more crispy. Just make sure you’re using an oven-safe pan, or transfer to an oven-safe dish or pan.
  4. Let cool some, and enjoy!
