We are listening, and we will not give up.

“Almost” is never good enough when it comes to your health. Our team is committed to partnering with you on your journey to optimal wellness. The Center for Fully Functional Health (CFFH) was founded in 2011 by husband-wife physicians Dr. Ellen and Dr. Scott Antoine. Their mission is to identify and treat the causes of chronic illness so that patients can reclaim their energy and wellbeing. The CFFH team believes that healthcare should always be personalized according to your own individual history, lifestyle, and needs. Your symptoms are real, your concerns are valid, and there is always hope.

Dr Ellen Antoine

Dr. Ellen Antoine

DO, FACEP, ABOIM, IFMCP

Dr. Ellen has been a physician for over 26 years. She is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, as well as certified in Functional Medicine, producing a unique skillset that allows her to quickly identify symptoms and their potential causes, while also applying her in-depth knowledge of the connections between multiple systems and their functions.

Dr. Ellen practiced and taught Emergency Medicine for 12 years before becoming one of the first 100 practitioners in the nation to be certified by the Institute of Functional Medicine. She shifted her focus to integrative health after she and her children received a series of difficult diagnoses. Unsatisfied with the treatment offered by traditional medicine, she created a custom plan that helped her conquer her own lupus, as well as change the outcomes for her family. She is committed to bringing peace and health to her patients and their loved ones.

I am extremely grateful for CFFH.

“I am extremely grateful for CFFH. We have seen at least 13 doctors for my 9 year old daughter with Autism. Finally we have answers to her most confusing issues and a doctor who knows how to treat them. She has always had trouble taking the vitamins and medications prescribed before. She is improving steady without all the side effects we are used to. The most thorough workup we have had and finally got answers. I am beyond grateful. Has truly been a gift!”

~ Jamie Kosten, CFFH parent of a patient

The Center offers a proprietary, state-of-the-art treatment protocol based on five key pillars of wellness:

Pillar 1: Identify

Our first steps identify the root causes, triggers, and contributing factors of your symptoms. This typically involves appointments, tracking, and testing. You will also play an active role, as you spend time identifying for yourself what might be negatively impacting your health.

Pillar 2: Reduce

These steps will help you cut out stressors, toxins, and causes of inflammation. Reducing negative influences on your physical health and mindset are a key part of your health journey.

Pillar 3: Optimize

We are not just aiming for you to feel better – we want you to feel your best! That means taking steps to detoxify your body and restore optimal function.

Pillar 4: Support

Structural support will come through supplements and movement, as well as other tools that support important processes and systems in your body. Your own work will be critical here, including building supportive relationships and implementing our tips for self-care.

Pillar 5: Personalize

We want you to take an active role as we customize your lifestyle to your own personal body chemistry, history, and emotional needs. It is important that you learn what makes you feel your best so you can make informed choices in the future.
