Kicking the caffeine habit can be a challenge, but you don’t need to feel deprived! Replace your coffee habit with this delicious, nourishing, and detoxifying latte. Rather than taxing your system, this latte contains an herbal coffee substitute that actually nourishes your liver and kidneys with health-promoting dandelion root!

We like to add gut-supportive collagen for an added protein boost, but it won’t change the taste if you don’t have it!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup warm almond or coconut milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon herbal coffee substitute such as Dandy Blend
  • 1-2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop collagen powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in your favorite mug and enjoy!

Notes

Alternatively, you could also use a Roasted Dandelion Blend tea to make this nourishing latte! Just steep tea with the hot water and add with other ingredients to blender.
