Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 gluten-free, nitrate-free chicken sausage sliced
  • 4 cups kale chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • ¼-½ Avocado peeled, pitted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Add avocado oil to sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and kale and sauté 3 more minutes until garlic is golden and kale is wilted.
  3. Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with chopped avocado.
