Grain Free Cereal

Grain Free Cereal

grain free cereal in a bowl

Cereal is a staple breakfast food for most Americans. Store-bought cereal is highly processed, made with refined flours and loads of extra sugar. If you’ve given it up in your efforts to eat a cleaner diet, but still find yourself craving that crunchy bowl, try this grain free recipe.

It’s packed with protein, nutrient-rich nuts, seeds and naturally sweetened with coconut, vanilla, and cinnamon!

If you make it and love it (we know you will), save this anti-inflammatory diet recipe for future cereal cravings.
