Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole With Pecans and Coconut

Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole With Pecans and Coconut

sliced sweet potatoes in baking dish

Our Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole is so indulgent, and brings all the tastes of the traditional holiday staple, without all the inflammatory ingredients. In fact, our ingredients help fight inflammation!

Sweet potatoes are certainly a staple at any holiday table. Unfortunately, the norm for sweet potato dishes is to sweeten them up with marshmallows and lots of sugar. This recipe uses fresh ingredients and sweetens things up with coconut milk and pecans. You can now indulge without the guilt! This recipe is free of gluten, dairy and soy.

We recommend pairing this Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole with our Paleo Turkey recipe, and our Grain-Free Stuffing!

If you make this Fully Functional® recipe and love it, save it with your favorite anti-inflammatory diet recipes!
