Focus Appointments are ideal when you have a specific need that does not require a full Physician consultation or long-term treatment plan. We recommend Focus Appointments as the starting point for patients interested in hormone replacement, allergy testing, weight loss, or sexual wellness.
If you are concerned about physical or mental changes associated with aging, this package is also an excellent place to begin. At CFFH, we offer a Direct Primary Care Membership Program called Free Climb. For one affordable monthly fee, Free Climb offers you unlimited appointments with our highly qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
You will also receive a 10% discount in the Fully Functional Apothecary and MedSpa. Laboratory testing and external diagnostics will still be billed through your health insurance as with other Direct Primary Care programs.
