We’re sharing our pro smoothie guide to help you optimize that morning smoothie. Spinach and kale

These green leafy veggies are great sources of antioxidants, calcium, vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin K, iron, manganese, zinc, folate, and selenium. The fiber helps to cleanse the colon and bind to toxins.


The most abundant nutrients include vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, potassium, and vitamins B5, B6. They contain more potassium than bananas, are loaded with fiber, and are high in antioxidants, including lutein and zeaxanthin. They are also a great source of healthy fats.


Amazing source of fluid to hydrate the skin. It also contains silica, a trace mineral that helps strengthen our connective tissues. The flesh is rich in vitamins A and C as well as folic acid. The skin contains fiber and many minerals including magnesium, molybdenum, and potassium.

A great source of vitamin K, potassium, and many B vitamins. Parsley is high in iron and antioxidants. It is thought to be helpful in detoxifying the blood of heavy metals, like mercury.
