This baked Dijon salmon recipe couldn’t be easier to make or more delicious! The herbed dijon topping adds incredible flavor to this simple dish and keeps the salmon incredibly tender.

Ingredients
- 4 4-6 oz. wild caught salmon filets
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl combine dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, parsley, sea salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.
- Rinse your salmon filets and pat dry with a paper towel. Place filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each filet with ¼ of the mustard mixture and spread evenly to cover the filet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your filet. Serve immediately.
