Replace Recipie Feat
Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 4 radishes (optional)
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 tsp toasted fennel seeds or cumin seeds
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
- 3 tbsp organic lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- fresh parsley to top (optional)
Instructions
- To toast the seeds: simply place them in a skillet and heat to medium-high. Constantly stir them around the pan until they are lightly browned.
- Place the carrots, radishes (if using), and fennel bulb into a food processor or grate by hand. Place into large bowl and combine.
- Combine the grainy mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and honey in a small container or bowl and mix thoroughly. Mix in seeds.
- Top with fresh parsley if desired.
