Replace Recipie Feat
Ingredients
- 1 whole egg pasteurized or free range OR egg substitute (see below)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp mustard dry
- 1 cup olive oil organic or grapeseed oil
Instructions
- Place egg or egg substitute and lemon juice in a small bowl (metal works great).
- Place this bowl in another bowl of hot water and allow to warm up to room temp.
- Transfer egg/lemon to a blender, then add salt and mustard.
- Begin blender, then pour olive oil very slowly through the top while blender is running.
- Blend to desired consistency.
- *Egg substitutes* -1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds mixed with 1 Tbsp. warm water; let sit =>1 minute -1 Tbsp. chia seeds mixed with 3 Tbsp. warm water; let sit 10-15 minutes -Purchase Ener-G Egg Replacer and follow directions
