Fully Functional® Paleo Mayo

Replace Recipie Feat

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg pasteurized or free range OR egg substitute (see below)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard dry
  • 1 cup olive oil organic or grapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Place egg or egg substitute and lemon juice in a small bowl (metal works great).
  2. Place this bowl in another bowl of hot water and allow to warm up to room temp.
  3. Transfer egg/lemon to a blender, then add salt and mustard.
  4. Begin blender, then pour olive oil very slowly through the top while blender is running.
  5. Blend to desired consistency.
  6. *Egg substitutes* -1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds mixed with 1 Tbsp. warm water; let sit =>1 minute -1 Tbsp. chia seeds mixed with 3 Tbsp. warm water; let sit 10-15 minutes -Purchase Ener-G Egg Replacer and follow directions
  7. Enjoy!
